Shipping Policy
1. **Order Processing Time**
All orders will be processed and shipped within **1–4 working days** after payment confirmed. Weekend & holiday orders will be arranged on the next working day.

2. **Shipping Area & Fee**
We only ship to **Indonesia**. Standard international shipping fee applies to all orders.
Free shipping for orders over your designated minimum amount.

3. **Estimated Delivery Time**
Total delivery = Order processing time + International transit time
Estimated arrival to Indonesia: **10–18 working days**
Delivery delays may be caused by customs clearance, weather, local logistics or public holidays.

4. **Package Tracking**
Valid tracking number will be sent to your email once parcel dispatched. You can track logistics status online anytime.

5. **Customs Duty & Tax
Small parcels within Indonesia tax-free threshold enjoy duty-free import.
Buyers shall bear extra customs duties & VAT if packages exceed tax limit.
We are not responsible for parcel detention caused by non-compliant declaration or infringing goods.

6. **Prohibited Items
Counterfeit branded phone cases, pirated patterns, damaged & unqualified products are strictly prohibited. Such parcels will be detained or destroyed by customs.

7. **Undeliverable Packages
Undeliverable parcels due to wrong address, unreachable contact or buyer refusal will not be re-shipped. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

8. **Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
